Cambridge based public relations and marketing agency, Conscious Communications, has expanded with three new additions to their public relations and marketing delivery team to meet the demands of the agency’s growing client base.
Tom Evans joins the Conscious Communications team as Senior PR and Marketing Executive and brings public relations expertise from a mix of in-house and agency experience. Tom has a rich history of working with charity, education and property developer clients.
Rick Newman joins the agency as PR and Marketing Executive, bringing with him PR knowledge from the music, charity and brand sectors, with strong experience in media relations and press liaison.
George Reader, who spent the summer working for Conscious Communication as a summer intern, has been offered a permanent part time position as PR and Marketing Assistant while he finishes his penultimate year at Anglia Ruskin University studying Philosophy.
Alison Taylor, Managing Director of Conscious Communications, said: “We are delighted to welcome Tom, Rick and George as the newest members of our team. They have all hit the ground running since they joined us during the summer months and brought a range of experiences and fresh ideas to the agency. They are all great personality and cultural fits for Conscious Communications, something that is very important to our recruitment process. Since inception, the individuals in our team have been the most important focus of our business and are our proudest asset.”
Tom, Rick and George are three out of four new additions to the agency this year, after it launched its specialist events division earlier in the year, CC Events. The team, which is headed by Elle Roberts-Nissen, has already completed three external events since launching six months ago and has nine in the pipeline, across a number of sectors, from health tech to retail and STEM education.
