SOS Children’s Villages UK is a charity that supports children without parental care and families at risk. The charity was re-defining its brand positioning and we completed a full audit of all of its digital activity, including: website, SEO, Google Ads and Grants, social media (paid and organic), e-marketing, CRM database, reporting and team structure. Following the review, we made recommendations for developments needed to ensure readiness for the launch of the charity’s new brand positioning.
